My Place

In the backyard of my Airbnb: A huge avocado tree! The sound they make when crashing into a tin roof from 10 meters above is pretty alarming. It happened on average once every 30 minutes. On the bright side: Unlimited avos!

Big spiders, of course. Everything in Australia is trying to kill you. My room didn’t have air-con, so I left the window open, hoping for this beast not to visit me while I was sleeping.
